N. Korean defector learns how to use phone
SEOUL, South Korea - A defector from North Korea makes a call from a public phone at the Hanawon resettlement facility in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, on July 8. During their three-month stay, the defectors learn about customs and the way of life in South Korea, including how to use telephone cards and computers. (Kyodo)
