Kim Jong Il's eldest son back home: report
SEOUL, South Korea - File photo of a man who appears to be Kim Jong Nam, North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's eldest son. Photo taken at Beijing airport in February. South Korea's Chosun Ilbo, citing a South Korean intelligence source and a senior North Korean official who defected to the South, reported Aug. 27 that Kim, 36, returned home around June after living overseas for years and has taken up a post at the Organization and Guidance Department of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea. The department is the key agency which controls the ruling party, the military and the government of North Korea. (Kyodo)
