TOKYO, Japan - The bottom photo shows a washer missing for a bolt in the brace of a slat on the front edge of one wing of an Air Nippon Boeing 700 plane, similar to the case of a China Airplanes Boeing 737-800 that exploded on Aug. 20 at Naha airport.
