Land minister Maehara visits Yamba Dam site

NAGANOHARA, Japan - Land minister Seiji Maehara (C) visits one of the relocation sites for residents affected by the aborted Yamba Dam project in the town of Naganohara, Gunma Prefecture, northwest of Tokyo on Sept. 23, 2009.
