Electric garbage collection truck devised

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows an ''electric garbage collection truck'' using Mitsubishi Motors Corp.'s battery system for electric vehicles. The truck, developed by special vehicle maker Kyokuto Kaihatsu Kogyo Co., realized a sharp cut in carbon dioxide emissions, Mitsubishi Motors said. (Kyodo)
