China circulates draft agreement at 6-way nuke talks
BEIJING, China - Kenichiro Sasae, chief Japanese delegate to six-party talks on North Korea's denuclearization, speaks to journalists at a Beijing hotel on Sept. 29. He said that China, the host of the six-party talks, presented a draft agreement on steps North Korea should take by the end of the year toward the ultimate goal to rid the country of its nuclear programs.
