Japan, N. Korea to address history issue on 1st day of talks
ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Yoshiki Mine (C), Japan's ambassador in charge of normalization talks with North Korea, speaks on the first day of the two-day talks at the Mongolian state guesthouse in Ulan Bator on Sept. 5. The talks are aimed at resolving thorny issues preventing the two countries from normalizing diplomatic relations. (Kyodo)
