NCP to merge with LDP following Sunday's setback
TOKYO, Japan - Toshihiro Nikai (R), secretary general of the New Conservative Party (NCP), speaks at a press conference at the Diet in Tokyo on Nov. 10 about the party's decision to merge with the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).
