Making of dried salmon in Hokkaido
Salmon are hung inside a gondola lift at a bear farm in Noboribetsu in Hokkaido, northern Japan, on Nov. 20, 2021, to be dried with cold air. It is a way of making a dried salmon delicacy called Saketoba at the bear farm to be used as feed.
