I'm Lu Jinbo with Xinhua News Agency, reporting in Kiev, Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine has agreed to hold talks with Russia at the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.
Right now in Kiev, a curfew has been extended for several hours. Previously it was from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, but now it lasts from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day.
During the period, movement of private vehicles without special passes is prohibited.
Amid fears of intensified conflict, residents have gone through days of turmoil, stocking necessities and seeking shelter.
Many residents are fleeing the city, some even to other countries, to escape the conflict.
And some have told us that they are longing for peace to resume."
