STORYLINE:
Hundreds of Jordanian Christians attended a Sunday Mass and a funeral in the Jordanian capital Amman in memory of Al-Jazeera's Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, who was killed while covering clashes in the occupied West Bank.
The mass was held on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Nakba Day, or "Day of the Catastrophe," the day after Israel declared its independence in 1948.
The mass was attended by Abu Akleh's family members living in Jordan, while the attendees expressed their condolences to them.
