"My name is George Tabengwa, I'm from Zimbabwe. I'm in Xinjiang for four years. So I'm in my fourth year in medical school, and I'm about to start internship. I chose medicine because since I was a child, I've always wanted to be someone who helps people."
Now a senior student at Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi, Tabengwa began his ties with Xinjiang in 2018.

"When I came to Xinjiang, it's a very good place. The food is great and the people are great people. So I really enjoy being in Xinjiang. The dormitory is great. The teachers are great. The supervisors are great. The hospital is great. So there's so much mutual respect."
