STORYLINE:
The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) within the global vision of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has boosted trade between Turkey and China in a wide range of sectors.
That's according to Sedat Aybar, a professor at the Istanbul-based Bahcesehir University.
Aybar said that under the BRI, more and more Chinese companies have been investing in Turkey, supporting its developments, especially in infrastructure, transportation, high tech and banking fields.
