"The 9th Summit of the Americas is taking place in the U.S. city of Los Angeles from June 6 to 10. Migration has become a major issue during the meeting, following calls on regional leaders to address the growing problems associated with it, despite all the U.S. government's notorious records of the violations of human rights.
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said this Wednesday that the previous U.S. administration promised to allocate funds to solve the problem of migrant flows, but it has not been implemented for several years.
