It will effectively help Kuwait cope with heavy rains in the rainy season, protect groundwater resources, and create a better life for local residents. Mutlaa housing infrastructure construction project is part of the Al Mutlaa Residential City Project, an important cooperation project under the Belt and Road Initiative.
