The system includes the excavation and filling of 52 rainwater infiltration tanks with a total of 2.6 million cubic meters. It will effectively help Kuwait cope with heavy rains in the rainy season, protect groundwater resources, and create a better life for local residents. Mutlaa housing infrastructure construction project is part of the Al Mutlaa Residential City Project, an important cooperation project under the Belt and Road Initiative.
