STORYLINE:
Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar announced Wednesday that Egypt witnessed a decrease in infection with coronavirus during the current epidemiological week compared to the previous epidemiological week by 55 percent, in addition to a 20 percent decrease in deaths.
The minister confirmed that no positive cases of monkeypox had been proven in Egypt so far, as he followed the ministry's procedures in preparation for the global outbreak.
He explained that an integrated guideline for the disease has been issued and updated in accordance with the latest
