According to this license, investors will obtain a state's single approval that enables them to buy and rent lands, operate, and manage their projects. The license could be extended for additional three months in case of achieving progress. The president's announcement came during his inauguration of a number of projects of the National Initiative for Industrial Development at the International Manufacturing Convention and Exhibition, which lasts for three days in New Cairo.
