Shooting stars of Leonid meteors seen at Mt. Fuji

A camera successfully tracks a shooting star (R on top) from the Leonid meteors above Mt. Fuji, west of Tokyo, at 4:15 a.m., Nov. 18. At the foot of the mountain many people waited to spot the meteors, which pass near Earth every 33 years. The largest concentration of shooting stars was expected between 4 and 5 a.m.
