Japan urges Vietnam to implement more reforms
AUCKLAND, New Zealand - Japan urged Vietnam in Auckland, on Sept. 11, to continue implementing economic and structural reforms. Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura (R) made the request during a meeting with Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nguyen Manh Cam (L).
