        TOKYO, Japan - Police investigators on Dec. 16 enter the Tokyo head office of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., the parent company of JCO Co., on suspicion that Sumitomo officials committed professional negligence and violated a law on nuclear facilities in connection with Japan's worst-ever nuclear accident.
