Palestinian, Israeli leaders shake hands at donors meeting

TOKYO, Japan - Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat (R) shakes hands with Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Nawaf Massalha at a plenary session meeting of a group of donor nations to assess and formulate ways to more effectively implement assistance to the Palestinian authority. The meeting took place at Japan's Foreign Ministry on Oct. 15. Foreign Minister Yohei Kono claps his hands.
