Tanker capsizes after colliding with freighter in Yamaguchi
YAMAGUCHI, Japan - A small tanker capsizes Nov. 23 after colliding with a foreign freighter at a wharf in Tokuyama, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The tanker's three crew members were rescued and taken to hospital. Oil has been leaking from the 199-ton tanker Hosei Maru since the 11:30 a.m. collision with the 26,400-ton freighter Copilco.
