Women's group call for Osaka Gov. Yokoyama's resignation
OSAKA, Japan - Hundreds of women march in Osaka on Dec. 13, demanding the resignation of Osaka Gov. Knock Yokoyama after the Osaka District Court ordered Yokoyama the same day to pay 11 million yen in compensation to a 21-year-old college student for sexually harassing and slandering her. In a press conference held shortly after the court's decision, Yokoyama said he has no intention to resign.
