Osaka Gov. Yokoyama censured but vows to stay
OSAKA, Japan - Osaka Gov. Knock Yokoyama speaks to the press Dec. 17 after the Osaka prefectural assembly passed a motion censuring him for sexually harassing a female campaign assistant during his reelection campaign in April. ''I would like to make efforts to regain trust by doing my best in my official duties as governor,'' Yokoyama said.
