'One-China' policy toward Taiwan nonnegotiable, says Tang

TOKYO, Japan - Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan tells reporters at a news conference at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo on May 12 that Beijing's ''one-China'' policy toward Taiwan is nonnegotiable, despite proposals by Taiwan's President-elect Chen Shui-bian that it be an agenda item in talks between the two.
