Mori makes sympathy visit to Imperial Palace
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori leaves the Imperial Palace in Tokyo on June 16 after signing his name in the visitors' register to express his sympathy for Empress Dowager Nagako, the 97-year-old widow of Emperor Hirohito, who fell into an extremely critical condition earlier in the day. She had been experiencing breathing difficulties since June 14.
