Gov't sets up task force to cope with quake
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (C) talks with Chief Cabinet Secretary Hidenao Nakagawa (L) on shortly after noon of July 15 at the prime minister's official residence in Tokyo, where a task force was set up to cope with a strong earthquake that rattled a chain of Izu islands in the morning.
