Leaders of developing world hold joint press confab
TOKYO, Japan - Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo and South African President Thado Mbeki (from L to R) hold a joint news conference at a Tokyo hotel on July 20. They urged their counterparts from the Group of Eight (G-8) major nations to make commitments at their Okinawa summit to help poor nations fight poverty and to assist them in developing.
