Vietnam to issue new bank note

HANOI, Vietnam - This new 100,000 dong (about 7 U.S. dollars) bank note, the highest face value ever, is to be issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on Sept. 1. It carries a portrait of the late President Ho Chi Minh and has eight exclusive traits designed to distinguish it from counterfeits.
