Newly developed tricycle has 2 front wheels

TOKYO, Japan - A man demonstrates a newly developed tricycle with two front wheels in Tokyo on Sept. 14. The ''City Slalomer QuisQuis,'' developed by Chiba-based Avantec and Chiba University in Chiba Prefecture, is aimed at young children and the elderly due to its superior stability and safety.
