N. Korea says progress made in talks with U.S.
NEW YORK, United States - North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Kwan, who led his country's delegation in the latest round of high-level talks with the United States in New York, fields questions from the press Oct. 2 after the talks ended. He said his side achieved a ''positive outcome'' and described the discussions as in-depth.
