Fujimori says he has no plans to return to Peru

TOKYO, Japan - Ousted Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori says Dec. 8 he has no intention of returning to Peru under the current political conditions, charging that there is no guarantee of personal safety. He made the remark in an interview faxed to Kyodo News.
