Japanese workers commemorate century's last business day
TOKYO, Japan - Finance Ministry officials pose for commemorative photographs in front of the sign at the main entrance of the ministry in Tokyo on Dec. 28., the last business day of the century for both employees of private companies and public organizations. The ministry's Japanese name ''Okura-sho'' will change to ''Zaimu-sho'' in January to reflect its new designation as Treasury Ministry.
