Japanese garden wins top British prize

LONDON, Britain - Photo shows a Japanese garden awarded the top prize May 22 at the Chelsea Flower Show, Britain's premier horticultural event. Masao Fukuhara, an associate professor at the Osaka University of Arts, led the Japanese group that designed it.
