Mexico to propose concluding FTA with Japan

MEXICO CITY, Mexico - Mexican President Vicente Fox speaks in an interview with Kyodo News at the presidential palace May 29. Fox, due to visit Japan in early June, said he will formally propose concluding a bilateral free-trade agreement with Japan.
