Seagaia's rehabilitation plan submitted to court

MIYAZAKI, Japan - Yasumasa Sato (C), the court-appointed administrator of the failed Seagaia resort complex, speaks July 11 at a news conference in Miyazaki after submitting Seagaia's rehabilitation plan to the Miyazaki District Court.
