Osaka is ready for 2008 Olympics

MOSCOW, Russia - Osaka Mayor Takafumi Isomura (3rd from L) and other members of his delegation are seated for the 112th session of the International Olympic Committee at Congress Hall in Moscow on July 13. Madrid Olympic bid

Tokyo makes it onto Olympics host city shortlist
