Opponents say towel import curb will hamper reform efforts
TOKYO, Japan - Toshihiro Yagi (standing), president of Ehime Prefecture-based towel maker Toyo Terry Co., speaks at a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on July 18.
