S. Korea reveals identities of sex offenders against minors

SEOUL, South Korea - Two men watch a list of 169 sex offenders against minors placed on a bulletin board at the Seoul Municipal Office on Aug. 30. The name, age, date of birth and occupation of each of the offenders were posted by the Commission on Youth Protection, a government agency under the Prime Minister's Office, on its Internet homepage and public bulletin boards.
