S., N. Korea agree to hold another round of family reunions
SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Ryong Song (3rd from L), a senior cabinet councilor who heads the North Korean delegation, shake hands with South Korean Unification Minister Hong Soon Young in Seoul on Sept. 18 at the end of three-day, ministerial-level talks. The two Koreas agreed to hold a fourth round of temporary reunions next month for family members torn apart by the turbulence of the 1950-53 Korean War.
