Nippon Shokubai, Sumitomo Chemical to swap part of operations

TOKYO, Japan - Hiromasa Yonekura (L), president of Sumitomo Chemical Co., and Hiroshi Yanagida, president of Nippon Shokubai Co., shake hands at a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 5.
