Nikkei falls below 10,000 after plane crash in N.Y.
TOKYO, Japan - The price board at a brokerage in Tokyo's Nihombashi district Nov. 13 shows the benchmark index of the Tokyo Stock Exchange plunging below the 10,000 line in the morning for the first time in a month. A passenger plane crashing in New York the previous day dampened investor sentiment.
