Norway ready to help N. Korea solve electricity shortage
SEOUL, South Korea - Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik (L) and South Korean President Kim Dae Jung raise their glasses at a banquet at the Blue House presidential office in Seoul on Jan. 24. In a joint press conference with Kim earlier in the day, Bondevik said his country is prepared to help North Korea construct hydroelectric power plants to end its chronic electricity shortage.
