TOKYO, Japan - The Tokyo headquarters of Snow Brand Foods Co., a subsidiary of Snow Brand Milk Products Co. The firm will be liquidated in late April due to plunging sales in the wake of a scandal involving the deliberate mislabeling of beef products.
