SHIZUOKA, Japan - Slugger Hideki Matsui hits a solo homer, his fifth home run of the preseason, as the Yomiuri Giants overpowered the Yokohama BayStars 8-4 in a 24-hit slugfest at Kusanagi Stadium in Shizuoka Prefecture on March 13.
