U.S. aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk leaves Yokosuka

YOKOSUKA, Japan - The U.S. aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk leaves its home port of Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, on March 18. The U.S. Navy said the 83,960-ton carrier is engaged in ordinary operations and refused to disclose its destination. But it is believed to be heading to the Indian Ocean to support U.S. military operations there.
