                      SAPPORO, Japan - Shareholders of Snow Brand Foods Co. attending an extraordinary meeting at a Sapporo hotel April 26 approve a management proposal to dissolve the scandal-hit firm and entrusted its president and five other board members with remaining tasks to wind it up. The company earlier admitted it passed off Australian beef as Japanese beef to benefit from a government buyback scheme introduced after the discovery of mad cow disease in Japan last September.
