OSAKA, Japan - Japan Coast Guard officials detain two Filipino crew members (3rd from L and 2nd from R) of the Panamanian-flagged tanker Tajima on May 15 on suspicion of killing a Japanese member of the crew aboard the ship. Almercito Racela, 36, and Nolieto Pabiona, 41, have admitted to killing second mate Izumi Shimba, a 52-year-old from Kyoto, around April 7.
