Blatter responds to FIFA corruption charges

FIFA President Sepp Blatter issued a statement the same day to "welcome" further investigation into the world's soccer governing body after the U.S. government announced a 47-count indictment against nine FIFA officials and five corporate executives on charges of corruption in the sport spanning at least two decades.
